Let’s Talk Lowell was inspired by the significant changes Lowell experienced in 2024-25: closures and relocations of arts and cultural organizations, challenges faced by businesses and immigrants, and ongoing heartbreak of homelessness and sustainability issues. These developments highlighted the importance of coming together to address these pressing topics and create a brighter future for our city.

In addition, there are so many people working hard to keep Lowell vibrant, maintain and grow businesses, and help people in need. It’s critical to connect with them and make sure we’re doing all we can to support one another.
